At Cross Connection Church no one runs alone.

 

Plain and simple, we place a high value on real life on life connection. God never intended us to walk through life alone and we believe that the best way to make the necessary strides in our spiritual journeys is with a group of people we truly know and trust. This is why we have small groups.

 

Small groups at CCC are groups of 10 to 20 that meet regularly in homes. It is not another place where a mask must be worn, but rather a safe environment designed to promote real friendship and encouragement. Its a time to take what we become aware of on a weekend and make it alive. So many times we hear something on a Sunday that impacts us, but we can’t seem to make it happen on Monday. Thats where small groups play such a vital role in our lives. The pastor is like a work out trainer- someone who shows you what to do and encourages you to set goals. The trainer, even in their deep desire to see you accomplish you goals does NOT do the work out with you, which can often leave you with the desire to quit. Small groups are critical because they are like work out partners. They work out right beside you, doing everything you do, spurring you on and keeping you accountable to stick with it!

We currently have 3 small groups running, an adult group, a teens and 20-somethings group, and a kids group. Directions are listed below:

ADULT GROUP- THE JORIS’ HOUSE:

Turn right onto Alton Tucker Road
Turn Left onto Peachtree Industrial Road.
2nd traffic light turn left onto Little Mill Road
Follow until it dead-ends (T-intersection)
Turn left onto Buford Dam Road
1st traffic light turn left onto Jimmy Dodd Road
1st street on left turn onto Maple Creek Drive
The road curves to the LEFT and become into Maple Wood Trail.
Second house on the left. Gray and white trim on the hill.

TEENS AND 20-SOMETHINGS- THE JACOBS’ HOUSE:

375 Highland Gate Circle
From CCC:
Left out of parking lot onto Level Creek Rd.
Right onto Suwannee Dam Road
Left onto Johnson Rd. (at stoplight)
Left into Highland Gate Subdivision (2cd subdivision on left)
First left onto Highland Gate Circle
The Jacob’s is the 4th on the left (fire hydrant in yard #375)

From CCC:
Turn right on Level Creek Rd
Turn left on Alton Tucker
Turn left on Whitehead Rd
Turn right into Oaks @ Lanier neighborhood (2cd stop sign)
Turn left at “T”
Turn right onto Under Way at next “T”
follow around turn to the circle #5386 on left
